Favorite Scripture:
"The Lord your God is in your midst, a mighty one who will save; he will rejoice over you with gladness; he will quiet you by his love; he will exult over you with loud singing." (Zephaniah 3:17, ESV)
Relevant Experience:
I help leaders, managers and teams to achieve more of the things that truly matter to their success. I do this by creating a safe and confidential space for discussing the “real stuff” so that we’re focused on root causes and permanent improvements. If you work with me, we’ll co-create action plans so you have a roadmap for success, and this works best if you’re willing to be accountable to me in an agreed-upon way. You’ll also find me open to work through any personal roadblocks you think might be in the way of greater professional success. It is always a special privilege to work with leaders who trust in Christ and are seeking ways to glorify God while serving people and society well in their professional lives.
