Relevant Experience:
With 30 years of experience in social work and education, I hold a BA in Early Childhood Development and a minor in Psychology. My coaching practice offers private sessions, group coaching, and neuromodulation, primarily for adults and emerging adults dealing with identity, anxiety, sensory processing differences, emotional regulation, and relationships. I help clients address root causes of dysregulation, manage chronic illness, create sensory-friendly environments, navigate faith practices, and set healthy boundaries. I also enjoy coaching parents of exceptional and twice-exceptional children, focusing on holistic integration of body, mind, and spirit to support purposeful living.
